Our story

Four Square Facility Management is a UAE-based facilities company with deep market and industry experience. Our roots reach back to 1990 in civil and post construction work.

From 2007 we accumulated expertise across electrical and electronic systems, masonry, IT networking, air conditioning and refrigeration, pest control and landscaping, growing into a recognised FM and MEP contractor that serves clients across the Emirates.

Today we are headquartered in Abu Dhabi with a sister company in Dubai, maintaining residential and commercial buildings with preventive, predictive and breakdown care of high calibre and reliability.

Every contract runs on a Plan, Do, Check, Act cycle. Inspections are carried out at planned intervals by our operations manager, engineers and supervisors, and we close the loop by obtaining client feedback on work in progress and completed.

Health and safety, first.

Health and safety is our first priority, with no major accident reported. Every team works to our safety code: helmets, overalls, harnesses, vests, gloves and boots, with first aid at every site and training delivered with accredited safety consultants.
